Melbourne Pride march 2014.

My old water polo club. Looking fine boys!

Today Melbourne Celebrated Pride march to end the Midsumma festival and celebrate diversity here in my home city. I was asked to march with some friends of mine and support Moira which provides disability support services. It’s also a great chance to snap some shots of Melbourne LGBT community to show to the rest of you who may be reading from elsewhere in the world. It felt especially important this year to go after all the developments in India, Russia, Uganda and Nigeria. Australians are lucky no matter how much we moan and complain and it’s important to reminds ourselves of it occasionally. While the march may have begun as a political protest it’s importance for maintaining the visibility of and giving a voice to minorities within our own community is not to be underestimated.

I was proud to march today and I always will be.

I got asked to join the rugby team. I was scared I’d get folded in half now I wish they’d fold me in half.
Aussie Footballers are the hottest!
I marched with the awesome Moira crew who provide disability services.
Hottie alert.
Okay now I really want the rugby team, I mean to join the rugby team.
